Overview
VERT is a file conversion tool that uses WebAssembly to convert files on your own device instead of uploading them to a cloud service. It is built with Svelte and TypeScript and has a public instance at vert.sh. It converts images, audio, documents and video, supports over 250 formats, and has no file count or file size limits. Video conversion on the official instance runs on a server, but the daemon, vertd, can be self-hosted to keep everything local. It is licensed under AGPL-3.0.
