Overview
Zed is a code editor written in Rust and built for speed and for working with other people in the same session. It comes from the creators of Atom and Tree-sitter. You can download it for macOS, Linux and Windows or install it through a package manager. A web version is not available yet. The source is mostly under GPL-3.0-or-later, with some Apache-2.0 components, and the repository documents how to build it on each system.
